At Rangsari, each saree is hand-painted with care and crafted especially for you. Since our products are made-to-order, shipping timelines are slightly longer than ready-made products.

Processing Time

• Please allow mentioned time (respectively of each product) for your saree to be created before dispatch. (Processing time may vary depending on the complexity of the design.)

• Customized orders may take a little longer, and we will keep you informed throughout the process.

Shipping & Delivery

• Once your order is ready, it will be shipped via trusted courier partners to ensure safe delivery.

• Standard delivery time within India: 5–7 business days after dispatch.

• International shipping timelines vary depending on the destination (usually 10–15 business days).

• We offer free shipping all across India.

Order Tracking

• Once shipped, you will receive an email/WhatsApp with your tracking details so you can follow your order until it reaches you.

Delays

• While we try our best to deliver on time, delays may sometimes occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such cases.

Damages During Transit

• If your package arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing images/video. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
