Welcome to Rangsari. By accessing or placing an order on our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Orders & Customization

• All our sarees are hand-painted and made-to-order, which means they are crafted specially for you after your order is placed.

• Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded.

2. Payments

• We accept both prepaid payments and Cash on Delivery (COD) for your convenience.

• For prepaid orders, your order will be processed once the payment is successfully received.

• For COD orders, the order will be confirmed at the time of placement and must be paid in full at the time of delivery.

• Please ensure you provide the correct delivery address and are available to accept the package, as refusal of COD orders may affect your ability to place future COD orders with us.

• We use secure payment gateways to ensure safe transactions.

3. Shipping & Delivery

• Since each saree is handcrafted, please allow respectively mentioned timelines for creation and dispatch.

• Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and external courier delays, which are beyond our control.

• You will receive tracking details once your order has been shipped.

4. Returns & Refunds

• As every saree is custom-made, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.

• If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at rangsari.co@gmail.com / +91 9999905210, along with unboxing images/video. We will assess and do our best to resolve the issue.

5. Product Care & Variation

• Each Rangsari saree is hand-painted, which means slight variations in color, design, or brush strokes are natural and add to the uniqueness of your piece.

• Proper care instructions will be shared with your order, and we are not responsible for damages caused by improper handling.

6. Intellectual Property

• All designs, artwork, and content on our website and social media are the exclusive property of Rangsari.

• Any reproduction, resale, or unauthorized use of our designs is strictly prohibited.

7. Privacy

• We respect your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how your personal information is collected and used.
